I probably should have put in a little more effort in trying at least look like I was part of the media. But honestly after four hours of filming, I wasn’t going to let pretense get in the way of free food and piss.

Dancers are tiny! Not just svelte, but vertically challenged as well - finally an event where I’m not the shortest person in the room! And they don’t eat very much (which is fine, more for me!). Don’t get me wrong, I’m in awe of dancers - they’re graceful, have wonderful musicality and can do amazing acrobatic feats! If only I inhereted the Filipino genetic trait for singing and dancing… I’d still be too lazy to actually take advantage of it. But hey, dancers are beautiful.

Look out for me in the channel ten news report on the first recording for season 2: I’m the little girl who clearly looks out of place, drinking down a Corona and stuffing down lemon tarts in the background.
